Training Objectives 

1.1. General Objectives 

To train College graduates in E-commerce capable of: deploying and managing e-commerce websites; developing plans, implementing marketing activities, and evaluating their effectiveness. 

1.2.  Specific Objectives 

  • Knowledge 
    • Present basic knowledge about computers; 
    • Present foundational knowledge about computer networks;  
    • Clearly understand basic concepts and related policies regarding E-commerce and Online Marketing. 
    • Present knowledge about designing basic forms, images, and video editing 
    • Present knowledge about website design and management 
    • Present knowledge about social networks 
    • Present knowledge about SEO techniques  
  • Skills 
    • Design basic forms, images, and edit videos. 
    • Deploy information and e-commerce websites, and online stores. 
    • Manage website content. 
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate the results of marketing and promotion activities on the Google search engine. 
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate the results of marketing and promotion activities on social networks: Facebook, Youtube. 
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate the results of email marketing – SMS marketing activities. 
    • Develop content for marketing campaigns: Images, videos, and informational content. 
    • Proficiently use common office application software such as: Word, Excel, Powerpoint,…; 
    • Read and understand specialized English documents; 
    • Communicate effectively through writing, presenting, discussing, negotiating, and mastering situations; 
    • Manage teams, supervise small and medium-sized information technology systems; 
    • Implement industrial hygiene and occupational safety measures 
  • Consciousness, Attitude:  
    • Acquire basic knowledge of Marxism-Leninism; Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on the nation’s patriotic tradition, the Vietnamese working class, the leading role, and the policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam during the period of industrialization and modernization; Have awareness and know how to preserve and promote the tradition of the working class; know how to inherit and promote the cultural identity of the Vietnamese nation; Understand and implement the rights and obligations of citizens of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; 
    • Cultivate self-motivated learning to improve qualifications and successfully complete assigned tasks; 
    • Cultivate good working consciousness and attitude, be proactive, creative, highly responsible; maintain a pure and healthy lifestyle, and possess an industrial demeanor. 
    • Acquire basic skills and training methods in physical education and sports to protect and enhance health, and improve fitness for studying and working in the professional field; 
    • Acquire basic knowledge and skills in the National Defense and Security Education program; organizational discipline and self-awareness in fulfilling the duty to protect the Fatherland. 

Job Positions After Graduation 

  • Specialist in charge of digital marketing.  
  • Specialist in charge of implementing online sales. 
  • Website Administrator for organizations and businesses.

  • Total knowledge volume of the course: 95 Credits (2609 hours) 
  • Volume of general/fundamental subjects: 21 TC (450 hours) 
  • Volume of professional subjects, modules: 74 TC (2159 hours)

  • Practice, internship, experimentation: 1813;  
  • Project examination: 60 hours;
